Bayport North Logistics Center I is a modern 102,863 SF dock high distribution development project the Triten team constructed on spec at the gateway to the port of Houston. The team identified this strategically located site within the Bayport North Business Park and was able to successfully construct a highly functional distribution facility on a relatively tight property. Even with the tight physical constraints, Triten was able to deliver a 30’ clear height modern distribution center with abundant excess trailer parking.
