4732 Darien was originally constructed as a build-to-suit in the late 80’s by Gerald Hines and was most recently utilized as the operating headquarters for MRC Global. It has since been successfully repositioned by Triten as a multi-tenant business park. Building A consists of a 30,500 SF building with multiple 10-ton cranes plus an additional 2.5 acres of fully fenced outside storage.
