Triten Real Estate Partners has acquired a 25-acre site at FM 1960 and Kenswick Drive in North Houston, where it plans to develop two front-load distribution buildings totaling 392,650 square feet. Strategically located near major transportation hubs, including Beltway 8, I-45, and George Bush Intercontinental Airport, the project will cater to logistics and distribution tenants seeking efficient connectivity and access to Houston’s skilled labor pool. Construction is set to begin in early 2025, with completion by Fall 2025. This acquisition aligns with Triten’s broader investment in the North Houston submarket, which continues to see record absorption rates, declining vacancy, and strong demand for industrial space ranging from 50,000 to 400,000 square feet.
