Lockton Place is an 8-story, 186,000 square foot office building located in the Westchase master planned submarket of Houston, TX. With approximately 80% pre-leasing achieved in late 2015, the project broke ground in the first quarter of 2016. The project will include a wifi and dining lounge on the first floor, fitness center, structured parking, shared conference center, refined outdoor gathering space, and finishes consistent with a Class AA building.
