Triten Real Estate Partners teamed up with Catlyn Capital to acquire a 12-acre mixed-use property in the heart of Dallas. The Eastern property line adjoins sweeping views of a golf course, and the Southern property line consists of over 1,000 linear feet of Belt Line Road frontage.
