Triten Real Estate Partners teamed up with Catlyn Capital to acquire a 12-acre mixed use property in the heart of Dallas. The Eastern property line adjoins sweeping views of a golf course, the Southern property line consists of over 1,000 linear feet of Belt Line Road frontage. The project currently consists of 200,000 sq. ft of buildings comprised of two office buildings, an 11-screen LOOK Cinemas, a Coalvines restaurant, an Ivy Kitchen, a Mesero’s restaurant and a two-tenant retail building.

The project will be re-imagined into an urban, pedestrian focused, walkable environment with views oriented toward the golf course and with meaningful open spaces. Plans are underway to reposition and renovate the office buildings into creative boutique jewel boxes and to attract several new innovative restaurants and lifestyle retail tenants, all to be comingled into a thoughtfully designed environment with streetscapes and meaningful open spaces.
