The Commons, formerly known as Tollway Place, is a six story, 92,308 sq. ft. office building with structured parking and is situated in arguably the most desirable intersection within the lower Tollway submarket, immediately north of Whole Foods at Village on the Parkway.
The property has been off the radar for the last decade but has now been completely repositioned and transformed into a Class-A boutique jewel box along with the addition of a Velvet Taco restaurant to complete the outdoor green space and outdoor patio seating. Renovations for the project include modern finishes with connectivity for families and on-site tenants.
The building was constructed in 1983 and originally served as the corporate headquarters for Greyhound.
