Triten Real Estate has teamed up with Roxborough Partners in an off-market acquisition located at the Northeast corner of the Tollway and Beltline Road in Dallas. The property is a six story, 92,308 sq. ft. office building with structured parking and is situated in arguably the most desirable intersection within the lower Tollway submarket, immediately north of Whole Foods at Village on the Parkway.
The property has been off the radar for the last decade and will now be completely repositioned and transformed into a Class-A boutique jewel box along with the addition of a well-established restaurant brand complete with green space and outdoor patio seating. Renovations for the project include modern finishes with connectivity for families and on-site tenants.
Construction will begin early next year with an anticipated completion in summer of 2019. The building was constructed in 1983 and originally served as the corporate headquarters for Greyhound.
