Andrew Dittrich joined Triten Real Estate Partners as an Asset Management Analyst. Andrew assists the COO, Director of Accounting, and Asset Management with the execution of business plans, preparation of analysis and financial reporting for stakeholders, and financing for new projects.
Before Triten, Andrew had experience in both property management and development. Andrew worked for DiPlacido Development Corporation for two years throughout college and interned with EDENS in their property management division during the summer of 2021 and winter of 2021/2022. While at EDENS, he routinely visited and performed site inspections at properties in six different states and Washington D.C.
Andrew graduated Magna Cum Laude from Babson College in Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts, with a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Real Estate studies.
