Chelsei Hobbs

Chelsei Hobbs brings more than 15 years of executive support, team leadership, and strategic operations experience to her role as Chief Administrative Officer at Triten Real Estate Partners. With a dynamic background that spans engineering, construction, real estate, and luxury hospitality, Chelsei offers a unique perspective and a strong track record in organizational management, training program development, and high-impact event planning.

Her professional journey includes senior roles at Bechtel Corporation and Burns & McDonnell, where she worked across five continents and was recognized with multiple high-performance awards. She also has experience in real estate through her work at JLL and Compass as a licensed Realtor and Retail Brokerage Operations Coordinator. Her ability to build systems, streamline operations, and support teams at scale is complemented by Six Sigma training and a passion for continuous improvement.

Chelsei holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Houston. Originally from Edmonton, Canada, she developed an early interest in design and construction while accompanying her mother to building sites and design meetings—a curiosity that has shaped her career ever since.

Outside of work, Chelsei lives with her husband, Turner, and their two children, Jacob and Poppy. Their home is also shared by three pets: Finnegan the goldendoodle, Kobe the golden retriever, and Ms. Pickles the cat. She enjoys traveling, attending live music events, cheering on F1 races, camping, and reading. She is also passionate about causes related to adoption and volunteers through her church.
