Chris Hinojosa is a Chief Engineer for Triten's Dallas assets. He brings over 16 years of experience and has worked with industry leaders such as TDIndustries and JLL. Chris is well versed in commercial HVAC equipment and critical building equipment, and is proficient with building automation systems. With his driven and ambitious work ethic, he has secured the 2020 BOMA award for Building Engineer of the Year and holds an AC/R contractors license, EPA, TDLR, and OSHA certifications. Chris is a dedicated, passionate and a natural leader known for innovation, continuous improvement, and prioritizing client/tenant needs.
