Claire Acosta works as the Mixed-Use Asset Manager for Triten, bringing over six years of diverse asset management experience across various asset classes and property types. Before joining Triten, she held the role of Director of Asset Management at Madison Marquette and PM Realty Group. Claire thrives on the multifaceted responsibilities involved in executing business plans throughout the life cycle of each investment and eagerly embraces new challenges.
A Houston native, Claire earned her degree in Mathematics from the University of Texas at Austin and later completed her MBA at Rice University. She continues to reside in Houston with her husband, who owns and operates a local Mexican restaurant. Outside of work, Claire enjoys reading, exploring parks with her dog, and discovering new restaurants.
