Clay joined Triten Real Estate Partners in 2020 as Property Manager for the Dallas office. He spent the last five years working as a Mall Property Manager for Simon Property Group. Clay has managed properties with GLAs of over 1.5 million square feet in retail space for various properties throughout the country. He’s been a part of opening a brand new $650 million shopping mall in Miami Florida as well as managed property in Puerto Rico. He moved to and lived in Guadalajara, Mexico for two years to help renovate property to receive orphans.
His wife will be finishing her undergrad at TCU which is what prompted them to move to the DFW area. He is a father of five daughters and enjoys hiking, biking, and playing guitar.
