Conor Fitzpatrick joined Triten Real Estate Partners in 2021 as the Director of Accounting and Asset Management focusing on investor reporting as well as asset management of select Triten properties and projects.
Prior to Triten, Conor spent 14 years at LBA Realty in Orange County, California. He worked in various roles at LBA and has experience in underwriting, asset management, and transactions. Conor also oversaw investor reporting for many of the firm’s joint ventures.
Conor graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara and enjoys spending his free time with his wife and two young children.
