Danny joined Triten Real Estate Partners as a Principal focused on sourcing and analyzing acquisition opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic for the IOS team.
Danny has over 13 years of real estate acquisition/development, capital markets, and investment banking experience. Prior to joining Triten, Danny served as the Director of Investments and Capital Markets at Weller Development Company, where he was responsible for establishing systems for generating new investment opportunities as well as portfolio and project-level modeling, investment underwriting and analysis. Danny helped lead the underwriting and financing of Phase 1B of the Port Covington project, which included over 1,100,000 SF of mixed-use development across 5 buildings, $137 million tax increment financing, and refinancing of the overall site's land loan.
Prior to joining Weller Development, Danny worked at Tradepoint Atlantic, overseeing the construction and development of over 6 million square-feet of industrial warehouse space on the 3,300-acre brownfield site at Sparrows Point in Baltimore, Maryland. Formerly, he worked at in Capital Markets and Investor Relations at Realterm, an $11 billion AUM private equity real estate firm managing three logistics-oriented equity fund series. He began his career in the Industrial Mergers and Acquisition group at Wells Fargo Securities, focusing on Defense, Aerospace, Government Services, and Cyber Technology.
Danny has degrees in Finance and Economics from Franklin and Marshall College, where he was a 4-year member of the lacrosse team. He lives in Annapolis, MD with his wife, Mary, and daughter, Cecilia. In his free time, he enjoys spending time on the water sailing and fishing.
