David joined Triten in 2021 as principal based in Dallas. In his role, David is primarily focused on identifying and executing industrial acquisitions and developments in Texas while leveraging his background in other product types across the Triten platform. Throughout his career, David has been involved in the acquisition and development of nearly 5 million square feet of office product as well as the asset management and disposition of over $1.2 billion of office, industrial, retail and multi-family projects.
Prior to joining the Triten team, David was with Provident Realty Advisors sourcing development projects and assisting with the asset management of a portfolio valued above $900 million. Prior to Provident, David spent 4 years on the development & acquisitions team at publicly traded TIER REIT in Dallas. While at TIER, David participated in all investment-related activities in seven markets across the Southwest and Southeast regions. In this role, David served as the sole analytical support for all prospective acquisition efforts and had direct involvement in all phases of ground-up development activity from land acquisition to shell completion. Prior to his time at TIER, David was a senior analyst at C-III Realty Services where he completed the disposition of office, industrial, retail and multi-family assets.
David graduated with a BA in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin in 2013. David lives in Dallas and enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
