DJ Petrinsky joins Triten Real Estate Partners as an Assistant Project Manager with a background in general contracting. He spent three years with Vaughn Construction, working as a Project Engineer in higher education and healthcare construction. His portfolio includes contributions to projects such as the University of Houston College of Medicine and multiple improvements at Methodist West Hospital.
A former collegiate athlete, DJ earned a Bachelor of Science in Physical Culture and Sports with a minor in Business from the University of Texas at Austin. As a four-year letterman for the Longhorns baseball team, DJ played in two College Baseball World Series and was part of two Big 12 Championship teams. His experience as a student-athlete sharpened his leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills—qualities he now brings to his role in project management.
DJ’s passion for construction stems from the dynamic nature of the industry, the rewarding challenges it presents, and the opportunity to positively impact communities. He is excited to collaborate with the Triten team, deliver high-quality projects, and foster strong client relationships.
When he’s not managing projects, DJ enjoys staying active by working out, golfing, and exploring Houston’s vibrant food scene. He also has a passion for sports, particularly college football and cheering on the Houston Astros.
