As Senior Vice President of Construction, Emily Thurston brings more than 24 years of experience to Triten Real Estate Partners. Emily has been responsible for the design, development, and construction of various asset types that include condominium, multifamily, hospitality, medical, higher education, sporting venues, vivarium, and labs with a total value in excess of $2.5 billion dollars. Her previous professional experience includes executive leadership oversite for Vero Sade, Caydon USA, Houston Methodist Hospital System, University of Houston System, and construction management for JE Dunn Construction, W. G. Yates Construction, and Gilbane Building Company. Emily’s steadfast dedication to project execution for the maximization of end-product efficiency, quality, value and achievement of each project’s specific target goals are what has allowed her to thrive in the industry.
In her spare time, Emily enjoys relaxing with family, which usually includes traveling, good food and cheering on her daughter from the bleachers of a softball field.
