Erica Fernandez brings over two decades of experience in project management and coordination to her role at Triten Real Estate Partners. Her career began humbly, answering phones at JE Dunn, where she spent 20 years progressing to a Senior Project Administrator role. She later joined Brookstone as an Operations Support Administrator for two years, during which she championed innovative changes, such as digitizing workflows and training a traditionalist team on new technologies.
Driven by a desire for growth and a passion for seeing projects come to life, Erica embraces the dynamic and ever-evolving nature of the industry. Known for her "ownership mindset" and her ability to "keep the wheels from squeaking," she thrives on solving challenges and ensuring smooth project execution.
Among her many career highlights, her accomplishments reflect her values of resilience, adaptability, and teamwork, earning her the nickname "firefighter" for her ability to tackle problems head-on.
Outside of work, Erica is a proud mom of three, a travel enthusiast, and a budding plant rehabber. She enjoys supporting her son's college baseball games, coloring on her iPad, and dreaming of future travels to Europe and snowy Summit County, Colorado. Erica also shares her life with a loving family, including her beagle, Bo, whom she adores.
