Melodie Parker joined Triten Real Estate Partners in May 2020 as Property Manager in the Houston Office. She will help oversee the operations of the Houston portfolio, including Lockton Place.
Melodie started her career with Asset Plus Companies in 1993. She has had the opportunity to work with Asset Plus Companies, Alliance Residential, Greystar and AP Commercial, Inc. with experience both in multi-family development and operations as well as Commercial Real Estate assets ranging from warehouse to A+ office space.
