Glenn began his 23-year tenure in building engineering in 1988. As an Apprentice, Glenn advanced quickly. In 2001, he partnered with Patrinely Group, opening Anadarko Tower in the Woodlands. There he was charged with overseeing the automated building operations and equipment care for multiple locations.
While working at a prosperous urethane parts manufacturer in 2008, Glenn focused on a proactive approach to equipment up-time methodology, he prioritized support for the ever-turning manufacturing conveyor by implementing a computerized maintenance management program and advanced standard operating procedures nearly eliminating unscheduled equipment downtime.
Prior to joining TREP in 2017, Glenn worked with several predominant management firms in Houston as Chief Engineer of Building Operations across multiple locations.
Glenn is a member of the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society, The Air Conditioning Contractors of America, and BOMA. He maintains a City of Houston Stationary Engineer license and a Texas Air Conditioning License.
