John Hardaway joined Triten Real Estate Partners in 2021 as a Partner. In his role, John directs all investment, underwriting, and deal execution for Triten’s DFW projects. Since starting his real estate career, John has been involved in the acquisition, development, and financing of over $1.2 billion of office, industrial, multifamily and retail projects.
Prior to Triten, John spent 14 years on the principal side for HPI Real Estate Services & Investments. Most recently as the Dallas Partner, John moved from Austin to open, grow and lead the Dallas office for HPI. During John’s 5 years of hands-on leadership and direction, HPI Dallas grew to 50 employees, acquired over $300,000,000 in real estate, and became the 15th largest property management company in North Texas. Prior to his time at HPI, John spent 5 years at Banc of America Securities’ Investment Bank (now BAML) performing mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, credit, and portfolio management across multiple industries.
John received an MBA and a BBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. John lives in Dallas with his wife and children, spending his free time playing Dad and enjoying the outdoors.
