Kris Brolan serves as an Analyst at Triten Real Estate Partners, where he supports the industrial acquisitions and development team with research, underwriting, and strategy. His background includes experience in commercial real estate lending, having originated and closed over $250 million in fixed and floating rate debt across multiple asset classes nationwide, with a focus on the Southwest.
Before joining Triten, Kris worked at Argentic Investment Management, where he advanced from Analyst to Associate Underwriter. His work included notable financings such as Century Square, a mixed-use development across from Texas A&M University, as well as multiple Class A multifamily projects throughout the Sunbelt.
Kris holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Business from Texas A&M University. He is an active member of NAIOP and is committed to growing his market expertise while contributing to Triten’s ongoing success.
A native of Houston, Kris values thoughtful analysis, hands-on learning, and collaborative problem-solving. Outside the office, he enjoys reading, working out, spending time at his family’s ranch, and making memories with his wife, their golden retriever, and close friends and family.
