Larry Sloan joined Triten Real Estate Partners in 2023 as Chief Development Officer. He is responsible for leading the Development and Construction team and oversees all development efforts nationally, including Industrial, IOS, Multifamily, and Mixed-use product types. Larry has over 25 years of industry experience and has completed over $3 billion of real estate transactions during his career through ground-up development, acquisitions, and joint venture investments nationally.
Prior to joining Triten Real Estate Partners, Larry was Executive Vice President of Investments and Development for Houston-based Midway Companies, where he was responsible for overseeing the firm's mixed-use and multifamily development platforms. Prior to Midway, Larry worked for Monogram Residential Trust (MORE) and Goldman Sachs (REPIA) in various development and investment roles.
Larry graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelors in Real Estate Finance. He serves in various industry leadership roles, including past president and current board member of NAIOP Houston and member of ULI’s National Multifamily Product Council Bronze.
He lives in Houston with his wife, Leslie, and their three children. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting/fishing, and being outdoors. Larry and his family attend Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church, and he serves on the Discipleship Council for FinD Ministry.
