Larry Sloan

Larry Sloan is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 26 years of experience in acquisitions, development, and investments across a wide array of product types. Over the course of his career, he has been instrumental in delivering over 6,000 multifamily units and managing more than $2.5 billion in real estate investments nationwide.

Larry most recently served as Executive Vice President of Investments and Development at Midway, a Houston-based real estate investment and development firm. While there, he was a member of the executive leadership team and investment committee, leading the firm’s development initiatives across product types, including mixed-use, office, hospitality, and multifamily. Larry spearheaded the expansion of Midway’s multifamily platform—delivering 1,400 units across standout developments such as Buffalo Heights, The Laura at East River, Avenue Grove, and 100 Park.

Prior to Midway, Larry spent nine years as Senior Vice President at Monogram Residential Trust, where he lead multifamily investments in California, Colorado, Arizona, Texas, and Florida and also directed the firms national development platform. During his tenure at Monogram, he developed over 4,600 units and acquired an additional 3,300 units, representing over $1.6 billion in total transaction volume.

He is a Past President of NAIOP Houston, and is also an active member of NMHC, ULI, CCIM, and a licensed Texas real estate professional. Larry stays deeply engaged with the industry’s evolving trends and challenges. At Triten Real Estate Partners, his goal is to help build a best-in-class development and investment platform that reflects innovation and excellence.

Larry graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Finance, laying a strong foundation for his career in real estate. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor adventures with his family, including fishing and hunting. He shares his life with his wife, Leslie, their three children—McKenzie, Parker, and Blake.
