Michelle Bass joined Triten in 2019 as the Human Resources Director and is responsible for all companies under the Triten umbrella in every aspect of HR and payroll functions.
Michelle has 20 years of experience in payroll, benefits administration, recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and compensation. Prior to joining Triten, she served in many HR capacities throughout the oil and gas industry. Her first steps into HR were with Pason Systems, where she worked her way up from a payroll clerk/benefits assistant to an HR Manager. Throughout her 12 years with Pason, she was mentored in a wide range of HR aspects, both domestic and international.
Michelle graduated from Defiance College in Ohio with a double Bachelor in Human Resources and Finance and a minor in Business Administration. Michelle and her husband are very involved with their three kids in sports and enjoy the travel that comes along with that.
