Osagie John Okpamen joined Triten Real Estate Partners as Vice President of Development. In his role, Osagie will be involved in the programming, designing, and execution of development projects for Triten’s real estate platform.
Osagie is a commercial real estate developer and architecture professional with over 15+ years of experience transacting and executing ground-up and value-add developments nationwide. He has managed budgets in aggregate of $300 million, realizing well over 1.5 million square feet of commercial development
Prior to joining Triten, Osagie spent 10 years with Read King Commercial Real Estate primarily developing ground-up shopping centers, medical, and multi-family assets. During his time at Read King, Osagie, most notably led the development of the 134-acre mixed-use Waterview Town Center development in Richmond, Texas, the 30,000 square foot Mason Creek Medical Office Building in Houston, Texas, and the national real estate expansion of Neighbors Health System. Osagie’s architectural experience spans time spent with world-renowned architecture firm Kendall Heaton & Associates and local architecture firm Interplan Architects.
Osagie graduated with honors from Prairie View A&M University with a Master of Architecture degree. He is happily married with three active children and lives in Sugar Land where he actively serves in his community, several professional associations, and his local church.
