Traci Petersen joined Triten as a Senior Project Manager in the Dallas office. With 13 years of commercial construction experience, Traci began her career at Turner Construction where she held the position of Project Engineer on Higher Education and Commercial Office market sector projects after two years in Estimating/Preconstruction learning the subcontractor bid/pricing process. As her career progressed and she moved into the Project Manager role at Mycon Construction, she was responsible for the budget/schedule/quality delivery of projects ranging from retail/fitness to tilt wall industrial buildings. Her first industrial project consisted of two separate tilt-wall buildings covering 330,000 SF for Prologis. The project was turned over on time and under budget with zero OSHA recordable incidents.
For the last five years, her career grew significantly with general contractor, DPR Construction. At DPR, she had to opportunity to not only manage projects scaling from tenant improvement to ground-up healthcare facilities with complex, technical building expertise, she also developed sustained, multi-project client relationships, such as McKesson and Digital Realty Trust. This lead to a passion for building relationships, both customer and project teammates, as much as building the structures themselves.
When not at work, Traci loves attending Crossfit and spending time with her husband and her two greatest gifts, her chocolate lab and daughter.
